5. Helmholtz Sustainability Summit

The Helmholtz Working Group Sustainability Forum is pleased to inform you that preparations for the 5th Helmholtz Sustainability Summit are in full swing. Our motto for 2024 is:

Committed together - supporting sustainability & CSRD through synergies

The summit promotes personal exchange and relies on the cooperation of the community and will therefore take place in Heidelberg on November 26 and 27, 2024. The host is the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).

The focus will be on the newly adopted reporting obligation - the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) - which will profoundly change the scope and nature of sustainability reporting. Presentations, modern workshop formats, best practice examples and, of course, a high-caliber panel discussion followed by a get-together are planned.
